Honorible Comissinoners It seem that every year Rocky Mountain is asking for rate adjustment
for increased power cost. I am sure that they can show their data to justify these costs they
always do. why is it Inter Mountain Gas can find lower natural gas cost for their customers
in the last two years but Rocky Mountain Power cannot. It seems funny that a company owned by
Warren Buffet that has vast holding in Natural Gas can not find cheaper gas to power their
plants. We should not have to pay for the lousy buying of Natural Gas By Rocky Mountain
Power. The comission should look at from whom Rocky Mountain is buying their gas from and
what conection they have to Berkshire Holding Company ( Warren Buffets Holding Company)
follow the Money.

Those of us of whom supposedly expect to get an increase of Social Security for this year
and for maybe a couple of nore WILL not see any increase at all. Every thing has gone up but
not for all Social Security people, Congress said NO. We are broke so why does those
companies want to force us to turn off the electricity of which we almost as of now can not
afford at all. We are the ones of whom the gov. do not help out. Please turn down all such
requests. Please.

We live on $1665 a month for the three of us. Not much is it. No other income for two of us. Wife and are both
83 tears old and old age is stopping us from any activity of any kind.
