On November 13, 1996, Gem Courier Service, Inc., 2668 S. Cole Road, Boise, Idaho 83709 requested temporary motor common/contract carrier authority to transport general commodities within the State of Idaho.
Because there will not be a regular decision meeting until December 2, 1996, Commission hereby gives consideration of this application for temporary authority, by way of a Minute Entry.
Said applicant is hereby granted temporary authority as set out in Order No. 26688, which we will be signed, along with this Minute Entry.
