Idaho Power Company - Tariff Advice No. IPC-E-96-09
On October 30, 1996, Idaho Power Company filed Tariff Advice No. IPC-E-96-09. This tariff revision removes the intervenor funding adjustment which expires on December 7, 1996.
Staff engineer, Keith Hessing has reviewed the filing and he indicates by Memo attached, that the revisions are in compliance with Commission Orders 26277 and 26265 and he recommends approval with an effective date of 12-8-96.
Therefore, we hereby approved said tariff advice this date, to be effective 12-8-96.
