UNITED WATER IDAHO, INC. - UWI-W-96-3
On November 4, 1996, Commission issued Order No. 26671 in the above-titled case granting United Water an increase in rates. Company was to file revised tariffs sheet reflecting said increase.
On November 5, 1996, United Water filed the attached tariffs. Staff engineering supervisor, Randy Lobb has reviewed them and he indicates they are in accordance with Order No. 26671. Order No. 26671 indicates the rates are to be effective on one days notice.
Therefore, attached tariffs of United Water Idaho, Inc. are hereby approved this date - 11-6-96 to be effective 11-7-96.
