On October 30, 1996, U S West filed Tariff Advice No. 96-03-S which clarifies the service area boundaries in the Wayan, Idaho area, where currently U S West and Silver Star boundaries overlap. Details of the filing are set out in the cover letter to the tariff advice - copy of which is attached hereto.
Telecommunications Staff member, Jim Long has reviewed the filing and he indicates it is correctly filed and he recommends approval with the requested November 1, 1996 effective date.
Therefore, U S West Advice No. 96-03-S is hereby approved this date, to be effective 11-1-96.
