Re: Rocky Mountain Power's Quarterly Enerry Cost Adjustment Report

Please find enclosed for review three (3) copies of Rocky Mountain Power's 2013 third quarter
Energy Cost Adjustment Mechanism (ECAM) report and a confidential CD containing the
ECAM work papers. The Idaho Public Utilities Commission authorized implementation of an
ECAM in Order No. 30904 to track and defer the difference between base net power costs,
established in a general rate case, and actual net power costs incurred by Rocky Mountain Power
to serve its Idaho customers.
This report contains confidential information is being provided to those that have executed the
confi dentiality agreement.
