Pursuant to Idaho Public Utilities Commssion Rule 43 and Idao Bar Commission
Rule 222, the widersigned local counel, John R. Hamond, Jr., hereby petitions the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") for admission of the widersigned applying
counel, Yvonne R. Hogle, for the purose of the above-captioned matter.
Yvonne R. Hogle hereby certifies that she is an active member, in good standing,
with the bar of the state of Utah, that she maintans the regular practice of law at the
above-noted address, and that she is not a resident of the state of Idaho or licensed to practice

law in Idaho. Yvonne R. Hogle fuer certifies that she has not previously been admitted
wider IBCR 222 in any other matter.
Yvonne R. Hogle certifies that she has not been denied admission under IBCR 222 in
this jursdiction or under any similar rule in any other jursdiction.
Both widersigned cowisel certify that a copy of ths motion has been served on all
other paries to the above-captioned matter and that a copy of the motion, accompanied by a
$200 fee, has been provided to the Idaho State Bar.
John R. Hamond, Jr., certifies that the above information is tre to the best of his
knowledge, afer reasonable investigation. John R. Hamond, Jr. acknowledges that
pursuat to IBCR 222 his attendance shall be required at all Commission proceedings in
which Yvonne R. Hogle appears, wiless specifically excused by the Commission. In this
regard, John R. Hamond, Jr., hereby respectfuly requests that the Commission excuse him
from having to appear durng Commssion proceedings for the above-captioned matter
unless needed by Rocky Mowitan Power.
WHEREFORE, by this motion, John R. Hamond, Jr., respectfully requests that the
Commission:
1. Authorize Yvonne R. Hogle to paricipate in all proceedings before the
Commission with respect to the above-captioned matter.
2. Grant John R. Hamond, Jr.'s request to be excused from having to appear
durng Commission related proceedings with respect to the above-captioned matter
wiless needed by Rocky Mowitain Power.
