Status Report - Settlement Stipulation
Case Scheduling - Vacate Prefile Date for StaffIntervenor Direct Testimony
Dear Commission Secretar:
On January 15,2009, a settlement conference of the paries in Case No. PAC-E-08-07 was held
in Boise, Idaho. An agreement was reached by all paries in attendance (Agrium was absent).
That agreement is being reduced to writing and wil be fied with the Commission the week of
Februar i, 2009. As par of settlement discussions, the paries have agreed to vacate the
Januar 30, 2009 prefie date for Staff/Intervenor direct testimony. This change in scheduling
extends also to Agrium. The parties have agreed that this scheduling change be effective without
furher notice or procedure.
