My name is Keith Austin and we live within the area of Rocky Mountain power and it is with
unappiness that we have a strong need to complain against any increase in raising the amount
of rate increase that they are asking for when this country is in a deep recession and there are many of whom
just can not pay more than what we are forced to pay when many of us may be
forced out our homes with NO Money to pay with the bils that we get each month. We know of many of
whom are with pout work and NO prospect of finding any kind os employment at all. Why do these companies
think that all is well when indeed there is no work at all and how do they expect to pay more when there is NO
MORE money. HOW? We strongly object tto any increase. .
Also many of us do not drive at night because of people of whom wil not drive on dim lights. Can't see after
dark.
