Please do not let Rocky Mountain Power increase for more money . With the Stock market
hetting very low, just what will happen to the little people of who are struggling now, with
haveing to worry about more bills for this winter. We are ones that will hurt with a VERY
small income that only changes the first of each year. We live (three of us) on just over
16,000 a month with high medical bills and two of us are 81 years old and have tried to lower
our light bill down only to get really sick and than each time to the Dr. gets beyound our
means. It hurts to be threatened qwi th a shut off with only 7 days to pay the bill each
month, and the Rocky Mountain blames the PUC for regulating the time set of only 7 days from
bill time til pay the bill.
Totally out of line and sometimes in possible to meet because of NO MONEY to pay with. I
talked with them some time ago and they were unrelenting and unwilling to listen to me. We do
not have long distant calling. Too expensive
