OF PUBLIC WORKSHOPS
CASE NO. PAC-O8-
On December 5, 2008 , the Commission issued a Notice of Public Workshops in Case No.
P AC-08-07 scheduling workshops on January 7, 2009 in Rexburg, Idaho and January 8, 2009 in
Preston, Idaho. The purpose of the workshops was to provide customers with an opportunity to hear from
Commission Staffregarding the Company s Application in Case No. PAC-08-07 and to ask questions
of Staff and representatives of the Company.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission takes notice of the existing and
forecasted weather conditions in Boise and for eastern Idaho. We find that the road conditions and snow
may compromise the safety of Staff traveling to the workshops and of customers attending the workshops
and therefore find it reasonable to cancel the workshops. Customers are advised to review the Company
Application on the Commission s webpage (www.puc.idaho.gov) or at the Idaho offices of Rocky
Mountain Power and to contact Commission Staff (1-800-432-0369 , Marilyn Parker) if they have
questions.
