Dear Ms. Jewell:
Rocky Mounta Power is in receipt of the Errata to Order No. 30783, issued by the Commission
on May 7, 2009. Rocky Mountan Power believes that the Errta sufciently corrects the
misstated rate change for Agrum, as well as the incorrct revenue impacts for Schedules 1, 19,
and 36. Accordingly, Rocky Mountan Power's Motion for Clarfication and Correction is now
moot, and the Compay wishes to withdrw the Motion.
Please let me know if the Commssion wishes us to tae additional action to conclude ths
matter.
