Case No. GNR-W-94-1 - GOLDAN, INC.
On August 2, 1996, this Commission issued Order No. 26526 and Certificate of Convenience and Necessity No. 321 to Goldan, Inc. (regulated public water utility).  
Order No. 26526 directed the owners of the system to file a tariff no later than August 12, 1996.
On September 9, 1996, the attached tariffs and general rules and regulations were received by this Commission. Mr. Gary Callihan, owner of the water system was contacted and asked to refile said tariffs with the Goldan, Inc. name on them.
To date Mr. Callihan has not refiled and in order to have tariffs in place, the Commission Secretary was instructed to change the name of Mountain Pacific LLC on the tariffs in-house to Goldan, Inc. Mr. Callihan was notified that that would take place.
Marge Maxwell, Consumer Services Investigator assigned to the case has reviewed the tariffs and she indicates they are correct with the name change being made.
Therefore, the attached tariffs will show they were approved the date of this Minute Entry; effective 9-1-96, as ordered in Order No. 26526.
