On June 12, 2008, Order No. 30565 was issued by this Commission. The following
change should be made to that Order:
Page 3, Paragraph 5
READS:
In consideration of the foregoing, and as more particularly described above
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED and the Commission does hereby authorize and
approve a new variable energy rate of $12.17/MWh for deliveries
commencing July 2008 extending through June 30, 2009, for thosePacifiCorp/QF contracts with approved 1992 amendment language.

In consideration of the foregoing, and as more particularly described above
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED and the Commission does hereby authorize and
approve a new variable energy rate of $14.1l/MWh for deliveries
commencing July 2008 extending through June 30, 2009, for thosePacifiCorp/QF contracts with approved 1992 amendment language.
