Bore testing by PSI, Salt Lake City on my property at 9500 Old Highway 191, Malad, Idaho.
The Idaho Transportation Dept. documented two slides of Interstate 15. The Peck and Evans
slides caused considerable damage to this property due the the artesian wells located within
the property. Rocky Mountain Power doesn't understand the instability of the land in the area
but still will not contact me. All of my water is artesian for my home and animals.
Displacement of these artesian wells will cause considerable damage to my water shed and
property rights. This project must be relocated to the orginal proposal east of Old Highway
191 to avoid major damages.
