PLEASE do not approve any rate increase to fund energy efficiency programs for Rocky Mt
Power. The high rates since loosing the SPA credit are more than enough to make us want to
conserve so tat we can pay our power bills. As a total electric customer, heating with
electricity it has been a hard cold winter. Even inside where we have done all we can to use
as little power as possible. I have switched all my bulbs to CFL and even installed new T8
fluorescent fixtures where in areas where I have 4 i tube fluorescents.
Another 2.2 percent on my electric bill will add over $50 to my bill in a year. (I also pump
water in the summer for my property) This increase would be a Windfall for PacifiCorp. It
reminds me of socialism.
