Please describe your question or comment briefly:
This is just another excuse to raise rates and their profits. Why can't the expenses for
the energy efficient programs come out of THEIR profits, insiead of my pocket? If anything,
what can't the 'customers' waiting to participate be charged and NOT the rest of us having to
subsidize these programs for the few, especially those of us on a limited income well below
the poverty level. Those who use it should pay, not the rest of us. No one helped me
finance the changing of all my light blulbs to the low-energy ones. This is just like Falls
Water raising their rates for everyone with a meter so we could pay for the installation of
meters for those without. We had already paid for our meters. This just is not right.
