I oppose the rate increase that Rocky Mountain Power is proposing of 2.2 % They already
charge residential customers an i effeciency fee i. Why do the customers have to pay for a
company to be efficient? Shouldn't they work to improve efficiency for their product? They
are making the i big bucks i from the power rates... they need to be efficient as part of their
services. There is no competitor for the customers to choose from. So customers just end up
getting i shafted i on their bill year after year.
