Idaho Power Company - Tariff Advice No. 96-08
On October 1, 1996, Idaho Power Company filed Sixth Revised Sheet No. 24-3 and Fourth Revised Sheet No. 24-4. Said tariffs set out the increase authorized in Commission Order No. 26236 in Case No. IPC-E-95-5, for an intervenor funding adjustment effective November 13, 1995, to expire in one year.
Company proposed to remove said adjustment effective November 13, 1996. Staff engineer, Keith Hessing, has reviewed the filing and he indicates it is correctly filed.
Therefore, we hereby approve Sixth Revised Sheet No. 24-3 and Fourth Revised Sheet No. 24-4,
this date, to be effective November 13, 1996.
