WWP-E-96 - 2 TARIFFS
Attached are tariffs submitted by Washington Water Power Company on September 24, 1996.
On September 19, 1996, Commission issued Order No. 26615 approving the Company’s DADS Schedule 26 Tariff Proposal.
Company now resubmits Schedule 26 to comply with the requirements in said order, ie effective date, change of “Available” date from September 1 to October 1 and rewording of terms and conditions.
As indicated on the attached Memo, Keith Hessing, Staff Engineer has reviewed said tariffs and he indicates they are correct and should be approved.
Therefore, attached tariffs are hereby approved this date 9-30-96, to be effective 9-19-96, date of the Order.
