On July 1, 1996, Order No. 26511 was signed in the above-named cases, changing the Colstrip related adjustable portion of the avoided cost rate for existing contracts and the Sumas related adjustable portion of the avoided cost rates of the three companies, as set out on attached schedules.
Washington Water Power Company, as part of their original filing, filed a proposed Schedule 62, setting out the proposed rates. Company keeps Schedule 62 on file in their tariff. They ask that those schedules be stamp-approved and a set returned to them for their tariff file.
Rick Sterling, PUC Engineer assigned to these cases has reviewed the tariffs and his Memorandum attached indicates that they are filed in accordance with Order No. 26511 and he recommends approval.
Said tariffs are hereby stamped to show an approval date of 7-1-96(date of the signing of Order No. 26511, and effective 7-1-96).
