Pursuant to scheduling, direct and rebuttal testimony in Case No. PAC-07-05 has been prefiled
with the Commission. Public testimony in eastern Idaho is scheduled for October 30 in Rigby
and November 1 in Grace. The technical hearing is scheduled for November 6 through
November 8 in Boise, Idaho.
In accordance with Commission Rule of Procedure 272 (Procedures for Active Settlements),
Commission Staff hereby notifies the Commission and Parties of Record of its intent to engage
in settlement discussions and negotiations in PacifiCorp general rate Case No. PAC-07-05.
