I received notice that Rocky Mountain Power wants to raise their rates for everyone
except commercial customers. This means the home owners are subsidizing the commercialusers. This makes it difficult for those of us on a limited or fixed income, especiallywhen the ' energy discount' has recently been taken off because of a some law suit, thenfollowed by a rate increase. This makes a 'double ' rate increase in less than sixmonths.
