PUBLIC WORKSHOPS
On June 8 , 2007, PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power ("PacifiCorp ) filed an
Application for authority to increase the Company s base rates for electric service by $18.
million annually, or 10.3%. The increase in base rates would vary by class of customer and
actual usage.
On June 29, 2007, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Intervention
Deadline. See Order No. 30356. The following parties have been permitted to intervene in this
proceeding: Monsanto Company; Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association, Inc.; Agrium, Inc.
Community Action Partnership Association of Idaho; and Timothy J. Shurtz.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission Staff will hold a public
workshop for PacifiCorp customers on TUESDAY. SEPTEMBER 4. 2007. IN REXBURG.
IDAHO AT 7:00 P.M. AT THE BEST WESTERN COTTONTREE INN. 450 WEST
FOURTH SOUTH. REXBURG. IDAHO [phone]. At this meeting customers will
have an opportunity to hear from Commission Staff regarding the Company s Application in
Case No. P AC-07-05 and ask questions of Staff and representatives ofthe Company.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission Staff will hold a public
workshop for PacifiCorp customers on WEDNESDAY. SEPTEMBER 5. 2007. IN SODA
SPRINGS. IDAHO AT 7:00 P.M. AT TIGERT MIDDLE SCHOOL (COMMONS AREA).
250 EAST SECOND SOUTH. SODA SPRINGS. IDAHO.At this meeting customers will
have an opportunity to hear from Commission Staff regarding the Company s Application in
Case No. P AC-07-05 and ask questions of Staff and representatives of the Company.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Application in Case No. PAC-07-
may be viewed on the Commission s website www.puc.idaho.gov by clicking on "File Room
and "Electric Cases " or it can be viewed during regular business hours at the Idaho Public
