Monsanto Company (Monsanto) petitioned to intervene in this case on June 22
2007. IDAPA 31.01.01.071-075. Intervention was granted to Monsanto in Order No. 30359.
On July 5, 2007, Monsanto filed an Amended Request for Service proposing an amended service
list and requesting service upon an additional representative agreeing to pay copying and mailing
costs pertaining thereto. IDAPA 31.01.01.041.02.
FINDINGS OF FACT
The Commission has reviewed its prior Order No. 30359 granting intervention to
Monsanto Company. We have also reviewed and considered Monsanto s Amended Request for
Service and have been orally informed by Commission Staff of a compromise service list
agreement that is acceptable to Monsanto. The terms of the compromise service list agreement
which we find reasonable are set forth below. Under the terms of the agreement we authorize a
substitution of designated representatives for purposes of service and/or receipt of official
documents. IDAPA 31.01.01.041.02. We also authorize a third representative for Monsanto for
purposes of service and/or receipt of all electronic copies filed with and issued by the
Commission in this case docket.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all parties in this proceeding serve all papers
hereafter filed in this matter on all parties of record. By way of amendment, this Intervenor is
