GTE TARIFF ADVICE 96-11
Attached hereto are a Memorandum and Decision Memorandum from Birdelle Brown explaining the compliance filing of GTE, regarding removal of language on the company’s billing regarding TRS surcharges.
Company requests an effective date of September 1, 1996 in order to begin making the necessary changes to their billing system to implement this revision in the next billing system.
Because there will not be a decision meeting until September 17, 1996, and this is a compliance filing required by Commission Order, we hereby approve said Tariff Advice 96-11, this date (9-6-96) with an effective date of 9-1-96, per request of Company.
