In the Matter of the Application of Rocky Mountain Power for Approval of
Reductions in Bonneville Power Administration Regional Exchange Credits
Rocky Mountain Power, a division ofPacifiCorp, respectfully requests to revise its original
application for approval of reductions in Bonneville Power Administration Regional Exchange
credits by delaying the requested effective date from February 15 2007, to February 16 2007.
The company s original application is expected to be addressed before the Commission on
February 15, 2007. As a result, the one-day delay will allow the Company time to implement
and test changes in its customer billing system to reflect any Commission-approved
modifications to Schedule 34.
