Idaho Power Company’s Tariff Advice No. 96-05
Attached is a copy of Marge Maxwell’s August 7, 1996 Decision Memorandum regarding the above-named tariff advice. Also attached is a copy of the tariff itself.
Because the August 13, 1996 Decision Meeting was cancelled and the decision memo clearly sets out the details of the filing, we hereby “accept for filing” said tariff (setting out 1% franchise fee for City of Idaho City) by signing this Minute Entry.
Acceptance will be effective August 30, 1996, per request of Company.
