Request for consideration at November 20, 2006, Decision Meeting and to
Vacate Hearing set for November 28,2006.
Dear Ms. Jewell:
This letter will serve as notice to the Commission that Rocky Mountain Power generally
supports the comments filed by all parties in the above-referenced dockets and, while it
appreciates the opportunity to file reply comments, it does not intend to do so. Based on the
universal support for Rocky Mountain Power s Applications, Rocky Mountain Power does not
believe that a hearing on November 28 2006 will be necessary or provide any additional benefit
or evidence to the Commission. Rocky Mountain Power believes that the current written record
provides sufficient support for the Commission to make its decision on the merits of each
Application and the comments of the parties.
Therefore, Rocky Mountain Power respectfully requests that the Commission vacate the
hearings scheduled for November 28, 2006. Rocky Mountain Power further requests that the
resolution of the above dockets be included on the agenda to be heard by the Commission at the
November 20, 2006 decision meeting.
