During light-load hours and holidays, the rate is $17.33 per MWh year-round. The customer charge is $282.89 per month.   The agreement also requires Nu-West rates or surcharges to be increased when the commission authorizes rate increases for other customers of Utah Power who are not contract customers. The commission noted that Utah Power intends to file a general rate case in April 2006. At that time, the commission will then be able to more closely examine the costs required to serve Nu-West.   A full text of the commission’s order, along with other documents related to this case, are available on the commission’s Web site at http://www.puc.idaho.gov/www.puc.idaho.gov.
