THIS IS THE IPUC’S AGENDA FOR A SPECIAL  DECISION MEETING, to be held on WEDNESDAY, JULY 17, 1996, at 1:30 p.m.   Meetings are usually scheduled the first of each month and the agenda is published forty-eight (48) hours in advance of each meeting; but given the previous business commitments and travel schedule of the Commissioners, this specialmeeting was necessary.   Meetings take placein the Commission's Hearing Room at 472 West Washington Street, Boise, Idaho, but the time and the agenda are subject to change.  Please check with Myrna Walters, Commission Secretary, at 334-0338.
