Dear Ms. Jewell:
On May 1 2007, Rocky Mountain Power, a division ofPacifiCorp, submitted its Demand Side
Management Annual Report for filing. In the Executive Summary on Page 2 of the report, the effective
dates for the reporting period are mistakenly listed as "from March 12, 2006 through March 31 , 2007.
The correct reporting period should read "from January 12 2006 through March 31 , 2007.
