Notice of Staff Intent to Engage in Settlement Discussions - IDAPA 31.01.01.272
Commission Staff, by and through its attorney of record, Kristine Sasser, in Case No. PAC-E-05-
09, does by this letter apprise the Commission and Paries of Record of Staffs intent to engage
in settlement negotiations on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commission
Hearing Room, Boise, Idaho. Reference Commission Rules of Procedure Rule 272 -
Procedures for Active Settlements. All paries will be provided an opportity to paricipate in
settlement discussions. The paries are reminded that settlement negotiations pursuant to Rule
272 are confidential, unless all paricipants to the negotiation agree to the contrar.
