Power and then restricts their support to large proj ects only. I am giving with the hopethat Wind Power and Solar Power will find a home through Idaho Power. Do we need an
accounting of the Green Power monthy contributions and what they are using the money for?I may take some investment to solve our nations long term energy shortages and I for one
have been contributing to the special fund and am will to pay for the development ofal tenati ve energy. Idaho Power must be more reasonable in their approach and the PUC
recogni ze the additional costs and allow them to pass along the expense to the users (me).

poli tics involving water and fish, we can no longer blindly think the future will takecare of itself.

Comment description: I am in favor of the Schwendiman Wind proj ect. It will help thelocal farmer, and have a great economic benefit to the applicable county through increased
property taxes and will benefit the State of Idaho as well by additional tax revenue. I
encourage the Commission to proceed with approval their contract. I would also encourage
