I am requesting that the PUC approve directly the Schwendiman proj ect. I do not want them lumped in with other proj ects and then be grandfathered. I was in error in the understanding of the options. Again the PUC has the authori ty to sign/allow this contract between the Schwendiman proj ect and PacifiCorp and I am asking that you do that. I support this proj ect as a stand alone proj ect. They are my constituents that are involved. This means alot to the farmers, alot to the county and alot to the State. Last year the Idaho Legislature passed alot of legislation in support of energy development and small business/business development. I am hoping the PUC, and the staff, will listen to the maj ori ty of constituents whose representatives in the Legislature passed those pieces of legislation, and concur in the expanded and fair vision in energy for Idaho. Again, let met re- iterate - I do support the Schwendiman proj ect. The sooner that is okayed, the sooner these unfortunate delays can be rectified. I would also recommend the PUC re-visit and go back to the 10 average MW and not the 100 killowatts. That will kill legislation we passed last year. Thank you for the chance to comment. Rep.
