JOINT MOTION TO HOLD OPEN
COME NOW PacifiCorp, d/b/a! Utah Power and Light Company ("PacifiCorp ) and
Schwendiman Wind LLC ("Schwendiman ) by and through their respective counsel of record
and jointly move the Commission for an order holding this docket open for an additional
fourteen (14) days and in support thereof respectfully represent to the Commission, as follows:
On November 22 2005 the Commission issued Order No. 29921 leaving the docket
in this matter open for further filings and case development until January 16, 2006.
Since that date the parties have negotiated in good faith with a view toward agreeing
upon a revised Purchase Power Agreement that would meet the Commission
objections to the original Purchase Power Agreement previously submitted herein.
The parties have reached an oral agreement and are in the process of preparing a
definitive, written revised Purchase Power Agreement.
STIPULATION - 1
The drafting, reviewing and approval of the revised Purchase Power Agreement will
require a short, additional period of time beyond January 16, 2006, not to exceed
fourteen (14) days.
The Parties therefore jointly request that this docket be kept open for an additional
fourteen (14) days to permit the filing of a revised Purchase Power Agreement.
