Please make the following addition and corrections to said agenda.
Add Item 14A. Weldon Stutzman’s June 24, 1996 Decision Memorandum re: Case No. USW-N-96-1 U S West Communications’ Tariff Advice No. 96-01.
Item 4 will be a Decision Memorandum from Rick Sterling rather than Brad Purdy and it will be titled “Case Nos. WWP-E-96-3, IPC-E-96-10, UPL-E-96-2, Annual Revision and Updated Calculation of the Adjustable Portion of the Avoided Cost Rates...” Decision Memorandum to follow.
Item 19 is to be deleted as it is a duplicate of Item 5.
