Dear Ms. Hanian
On July 14,2017, pursuant to Commitment I l7(2), incorporated in the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission Order No. 29973 issued February 13,2006, as supplemented by Order No.
29998 on March 14, 2006, in the above-referenced proceeding, approving the acquisition of
PacifiCorp by MidAmerican Energy Holdings Company (MEHC),I Rocky Mountain Power
submitted a notice of an affiliated interest transaction for the sale of 31,702 feet of underground
distribution cable to NV Energy, Inc. (NV Energy).
NV Energy subsequently decided not to move forward with this purchase. Therefore,
Rocky Mountain Power respectfully requests withdrawal of its notice.
