On December 16, 2013, Rocky Mountain Power ("Company") filed a Notice of Affiliate
Transaction with BNSF Railway Company for coal transportation services ("December Notice")
in the above referenced matter. The Notice included an Attachment A, which was erroneously
fi led as non-confidential.
Accordingly, enclosed for filing are an original and seven (7) copies of the Company's
Replacement Notice that includes Attachment A as confidential. The December Notice should
be replaced in its entirety with the Replacement Notice, and the Company respectfully requests
