Update to Provisions in Merger Commitment 35(e)
Dear Ms. Jewell:
Under the Consolidated List of Commitments specified in the all-party settlement agreement
approved by the Idaho Public Utilities Commission in the above referenced Case, Merger
Commitment 35(e) states the following:
PacifiCorp will continue its Partial lnterim Service product and its tariff
provision that allows transmission customers to alter pre-scheduled
transactions up to twenty minutes before any hour, and will notiff parties
to this proceeding if it proposes changes to these two elements of its
OATT.
The intent of this letter is to serve as notice regarding a change to PacifiCorp's Open Access
Transmission Tariff (OATT) provisions. Under OrderNos. 764 and764-At issued tylhe
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) on June 22,2012, and Order No. 714' issued on
September 10,2013, PacifiCorp submitted a compliance filing to revise Sections 13.8
(Scheduling of Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service) and 14.6 (Scheduling of Non-Firm
Point-to-Point Transmission Service) of its OATT to provide an opportunity for transmission
customers to submit transmission schedules at 1S-minute intervals. Transmission customers are
now able to alter pre-scheduled transactions up to 20 minutes before each l5-minute scheduling

interval. FERC's Order No. 764 includedpro forma tariff language that transmission providers
are required to include in their OATTs.
Consistent with Order No. 764-4, PacifiCorp requested that FERC establish an effective date of
November 12,2013, for the OATT revisions. This filing is still pending before FERC.
