RE: Update to the Afliated Interest Report for calendar year 2009
In accordance with MidAerican Energy Holdings Company Transaction Commitment #8
approved in Case No. PAC-E-05-08, PacifiCorp (d.b.a. Rocky Mounta Power) fied the
calendar year 2009 Affiliated Interest Report with the Idao Public Utilties Commssion on May
28,2010. Tht report contained unaudited financial inormation for the Trapper Ming
Company, which is consistent with Rocky Mountain Power's reportng practice in year past
related to the Trapper Mine.
Rocky Mounta Power ha recently received audited fiancial statements for the Trapper
Mining Company. The audited financial statements are provided to the Commission as an
attchment to this letter for puroses of updating the 2009 Afliated Interest Report.
Enclosed for filing are an original and seven (7) copies of audited ficial statements for the
Trapper Ming Company to replace the unaudited fiancial inormation originly provided as
par of Rocky Mountan Power's Afliated Interest Report for calenda year 2009. By copy of
this letter other paries are being provided notice of ths filing.
