BITTERROOT WATER COMPANY
Attached are Tariff Schedules and General Rules and Regulations filed by Bitterroot Water Company in accordance with Commission Order No. 26436 issued April 30, 1996. Also attached is a Memorandum from Rose Schulte, staff member assigned to the case, indicating that the tariffs and rules and correctly filed.  
Order No. 26436 stated that the rates would be effective three working days after the tariffs were received by the Commission - tariffs were received May 20, 1996. Therefore, said tariffs will be stamped - approved 5-22-96 and effective 5-23-96.
