INT-G-96-2 - Order No. 26450
On May 16, 1996, this Commission issued Order No. 26450 in Case No. INT-G-96-2. Said Order approved Intermountain Gas Company’s Schedule T-3 interruptible distribution transportation service tariff, changes and clarifications to the existing LV-1, T-1, T-2 and GS-1 tariffs and the changes to the Company’s General Service Provisions for effective date May 15, 1996. Company was directed to file compliance tariffs and amended General Service Provisions.
On May 20, 1996, Intermountain Gas Company filed said compliance tariffs and amended General Service Provisions. Staff auditor, Madonna Faunce reviewed them and she indicates they are correct.
Therefore, said tariffs and General Service Provisions will be stamp approved showing an approval date of 5-21-96 and an effective date of 5-15-96 (as authorized by Order No. 26450).
