IPC-E-96-5
On May 16, 1996, Order No. 26455 was issued in Case No. IPC-E-96-5. The attached tariffs were filed by Idaho Power Company in anticipation of said order (after attendance at decision meeting where this matter was considered). Staff engineer, Keith Hessing reviewed said tariffs on May 14, 1996 and his memo stating he recommends approval is attached hereto.
Said tariffs are hereby approved this date 5-16-96; effective 5-16-96.
