On April 12, 1996, United Water Idaho filed tariffs in accordance with Commission Order No. 26337 in Case No. EUW-W-94-1. Attached are copies of those tariffs.
Randy Lobb, Staff Engineering Supervisor has reviewed the tariffs and he indicates they are correctly filed. Company asked for an effective date of 4-15-96.
Said tariffs are therefore approved this date (4-24-96); to be effective 4-15-96, per request of the Company.
