Dear Ms. Jewell:
Please accept for filing this letter advising the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission
that PacifiCorp and the Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association, Inc. ("lIP A") have met as required by
Paragraph 11 of the Stipulation approved by the Commission in Order No. 29833. Today the parties
agreed in principle as to the level of Load Control Credit ("Credit") for the 2006 irrigation season. The
parties will be finalizing the terms of a stipulation to implement the 2006 Credit and will be filing said
stipulation with the Commission no later than October 14 2005.
