Sirs:
1 am writing to oppose the rate surcharge requested by Utah Power for 16 months. The
income tax problems are their responsibility and not the users. AccoWltability for errors
must be made by the Commission to Utah Power. Anything else is folly to allow them to
run sloppy operations then come crying to Idaho Public Utility Commission for relief.

we live on a small fixed income. Prices are going through the roof and we have less and
