Complaint description: The Power cost surcharge that Utah Power is presently getting
should not be adjusted , and continued for 16 more months. It should expire on June 8
2004 and be dropped. When you approved it in the first place I felt it was wrong, because
Utah Power offered that to the pumpers as an incentive to use less power , and it neverworked. So they lost money. When we make a mistake and it costs us money, we have to takeit out of profits. They made a mistake , so let them take it out of their profits. Its not
fair to make us pay for their mistakes.
