U S WEST ADVICES 96-01-S AND 96-02-N
Attached hereto is a Memorandum from Birdelle Brown to Myrna Walters, Commission Secretary, explaining the above-named tariff advice filed by U S West.
As explained in the Memorandum, proposed changes in the filings will not affect rates and technical application of this service.
Because of the timing of the next decision meeting (March 4, 1996) and the requested effective dates of these filings, (March 1, 1996), Birdelle Brown has asked that the filings be approved by Minute Entry. She recommends approval of both advices.
Therefore, U S West Advices 96-01-S and 96-02-N, are hereby approved this date; effective this date.
