PacifiCorp has reviewed the comments filed by the Idaho Farm Bureau Federation, the
Advocates for the West, and Commission Staff in this matter. PacifiCorp appreciates the
thoroughness of the comments of the Commission Staff, and believes that those
comments, along with PacifiCorp s Answer and Request for Approval ofthe Net
Metering Schedule adequately address the issues raised in the comments from the Farm
Bureau Federation and Advocates for the West. Accordingly, PacifiCorp submits that the
